Description
3,3',5,5'-Tetramethylbenzidine is a new type safe chromogenic substrate used in staining procedure in immunohistochemistry. As a new zymolyte of peroxidase, TMB has been widely used in enzyme-immunoassay (EIA) and enzyme-linked-immunosorbent serological assay (ELISA).
