Description
PLL-g-PEG-Biotin is a biotinylated poly-L-lysine PEG conjugate that was made from the covalent attachment of PEG 2000 and biotin to the Poly-L-lysine molecules. It is a positively charged PLL-g-PEG copolymer that can bind to streptavidin or avidin with high affinity. It is a linear amphiphilic block copolymer used for gene transfection or surface modification.
