Description
An impurity of Ranolazine. Ranolazine is an oral antianginal agent that inhibits the late sodium current (INa) in cardiac myocytes, reducing intracellular calcium overload and improving myocardial relaxation without affecting heart rate or blood pressure. It is indicated as adjunctive therapy for chronic angina in patients inadequately controlled with other agents.
