Description
Chloro(2-dicyclohexylphosphino-2',6'-dimethoxy-1,1'-biphenyl)[2-(2-aminoethylphenyl)]palladium(II) (SPhos Pd G1) is a well-defined Buchwald first-generation palladacycle precatalyst featuring an SPhos ligand and a 2-(2-aminoethylphenyl) palladacycle core with a chloride counterion. It is a powerful precatalyst for classic cross-coupling reactions such as Suzuki-Miyaura, Buchwald-Hartwig amination, and C-N bond formation. The compound is bench-stable and soluble in most organic solvents. This precatalyst offers excellent functional group tolerance and high catalytic activity, making it a valuable tool in pharmaceutical synthesis and organic chemistry research.
