Description
NH2-PLGA-NH2 can be used to prepare nanoparticles and can be further modified by amine reaction entities. NH2-PLGA-NH2 is a bis-amine biodegradable polymer used to prepare PLGA nanoparticles. PLGA is an effective biodegradable polymer nanoparticle (NP). It has been approved by the US FDA for use in drug delivery systems due to its control and sustained-release properties, low toxicity, and biocompatibility with tissues and cells.
