Description
NH2-PLGA can be used to prepare nanoparticles and can be further modified by amine reaction entities. NH2-PLGA can be used to prepare polymer-drug conjugates. PLGA is an effective biodegradable polymer nanoparticle (NP). It has been approved by the US FDA for use in drug delivery systems due to its control and sustained-release properties, low toxicity, and biocompatibility with tissues and cells.
