Maltodextrin

Product Information

Molecular Formula
C6nH(10n+2)O(5n+1)
Description
Maltodextrin can be used as a binding additive for 3D printing manufacturing. It can be used as a forming agent in the preparation of soya bean sprout extract. Maltodextrin is a polysaccharide produced from partial hydrolysis of starch, typically presented as a fine, white powder. Exhibiting high water solubility and low sweetness, it serves as a versatile carbohydrate substrate in biochemical and nutritional research. Its rapid digestibility and controlled osmolarity make it valuable for studying metabolic pathways and carbohydrate absorption. Frequently utilized in cell culture, fermentation processes, and as a stabilizer in various biochemical formulations, Maltodextrin supports diverse experimental applications.
